The Governor of Maharashtra, Shri Bhagat Singh Koshyari had invited Shri Devendra Fadnavis to form the next government in Maharashtra. But since the election ally Shiv Sena is not budging on its demands, the BJP Leader has chosen not to accept the offer. Reports are on about the Sena talking to NCP Leader, Mr Sharad Pawar. One take away is that documenting agreements pre-poll or before the Project is flagged-off helps us avoid needless heart-burn/ embarrassment later on. Communication is a funny thing. Between friends or allies normally documenting communication could be a ticklish issue, but often in hindsight looks a wiser option.
